Please avoid sending special-category or highly sensitive personal information unless it is genuinely necessary for the project and we have agreed an appropriate way to receive it.
Information may be provided directly through our website, email, telephone, quotation process, orders, meetings or project communications. We may also receive business contact information from your employer, contractor, consultant, supplier, subcontractor, publicly available business sources or another party involved in a project.

Where we rely on legitimate interests, those interests include operating and developing our business, responding to commercial enquiries, managing projects, maintaining business relationships, protecting our systems and establishing or defending legal rights. We consider the impact on individuals before relying on this basis.
Where necessary, information may be shared with manufacturers, suppliers, delivery/logistics providers, specialist installation subcontractors, professional advisers, insurers, accountants, IT/hosting/email providers, form and website providers, payment or accounting service providers, authorities or regulators, and parties involved in a corporate transaction. We only share information reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose and expect service providers to protect it appropriately.
Some technology or service providers may process information outside the UK. Where restricted transfers occur, we will use an appropriate lawful transfer mechanism and safeguards as required by UK data-protection law. Further information about relevant safeguards can be requested from us.
We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected, including contractual, warranty, insurance, taxation, accounting, health and safety, compliance and legal-claims requirements. Enquiries that do not proceed may be retained for a reasonable business period so that we can respond to follow-up questions and maintain an appropriate audit trail. Contract and financial records may be retained for longer where law, insurance or limitation periods require it. Retention is reviewed periodically.
We use proportionate technical and organisational measures intended to protect personal data from unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, loss or destruction. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Depending on the circumstances, UK data-protection law may give you rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability, and rights relating to consent and automated decision-making. Where processing relies on consent, consent may be withdrawn without affecting earlier lawful processing. Where we rely on legitimate interests, you may have a right to object.
Please contact us first if you have concerns. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
Our services are business-to-business and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly seek to collect children’s personal data through this website.
We do not currently use website enquiry information to make solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
We may update this notice to reflect changes in our processing, services or law. The current version and update date will be published here.
